The off-season may be short these days but race fans are still eagerly awaiting the start of the 2015 TUDOR United SportsCar Championship which kicks off this morning at Daytona International Speedway.

Cars will hit the track for the first time this morning with the first practice session scheduled for 9:25am.

All teams have a tough “first day at school” at Daytona today. Not only is the first practice session on today –  qualifying and night practice are also crammed into the same opening day schedule. If you don’t roll “off the truck” just right – there is little time to make amends.
