We’re into the final hour of the 12 Hours of Sebring. This is when dreams are made, or they potentially turn to nightmares if the car doesn’t remain intact for the last 60 minutes. Track and ambient temperatures are cool, but tempers could flare depending on what happens.
Teams in both the prototype and GT ranks are nearing their final pit stops. At about 9:20 to 9:25 p.m., GT teams can begin thinking about coming in. The prototypes will be safe with about 40-45 minutes to go.
Some teams may choose to wait if a yellow flag was to come out. That could conceivably upset the balance of the standings.
Class leaders are still the Peugeot overall and P1, the Porsche RS Spyder in P2, Risi Ferrari in GT2, Level 5 Oreca in LMPC, and Alex Job Porsche in GTC.
