Sebring test kicks off
Testing is underway at Sebring International Raceway for the traditional American Le Mans Series pre-season test.
A total of 15 cars will hit the track today and tomorrow around the traditional airfield circuit in central Flordia.
This year’s Sebring race on March 16 will feature the factory Audi squad returning with their R18 P1 prototypes for the final time. With 10 victories at Sebring under their belt, the German manufacturer has its sights set on turning it up to 11.
Highlights of the week at the test will include the debut of the updated Muscle Milk HPD which now features wider front tires, the return of Risi Competizione with a 458 Ferrari and SRT Viper preparing for its first full ALMS season with its two car squad.
