The 2015 Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Michelin will draw to a close this weekend at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
Teams took full advantage of Friday’s bountiful track time to fine tune cars and drivers in two practice sessions on the 2.459 mile circuit where they opened the 2015 season in May.
British Columbia’s Scott Hargrove led the combined sessions followed closely by championship leader Christopher Green of Montreal and Ontario’s Daniel Morad.
Florida’s Michael De Quesada led the Gold class field ahead of Ontario’s Orey Fidani and Shaun McKaigue.
Qualifying and the first race of the weekend doubleheader take place on Saturday with the final race of the season on Sunday afternoon.
