The Panoz Abruzzi impressed many with its pace over the past two days, but a crash this morning has put the latest creation inspired by the founder of the American Le Mans Series in doubt for today’s race.
Edward Sandstrom crashed in turn three this morning, heavily damaging the bodywork.
The team is now working hard on trying to repair the car, but face a race against time and limited spares inventory.
