The driver exchange is one of the most crucial aspects of a pit stop in an American Le Mans Series event. Making sure it can be done in as little time as possible is vital to success. Extreme Speed Ferrari team manager Tony Leith explains the process the crew and drivers go through when one comes out and another takes over one of the team’s Patron-sponsored Ferrari F458 Italias.
