Mosport is the closest thing to a home race for Michelin’s energetic motorsports manager Silvia Mammone. A Montréal native, Mammone learned about competition through her family’s bicycle shop before joining Michelin Canada 14 years ago.
Since relocating to Michelin North American headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina in early 2007, Mammone has continued Michelin’s on track success while introducing, The Alley, the MICHELIN® GREEN X® Challenge, the michelinracingusa.com blog, and the next month’s “Motorsports on Main” street festival in Greenville to quickly become one of the most influential women in North American motorsports.
