The final practice has been run and done and teams are now preparing for this afternoon’s qualifying at Sebring which kicks off at 1:15pm.

Muscle Milk Pickett Racing has led the chase of the two factory Audis throughout the week and Klaus Graf remains confident of strong result on race day.

“So far everything is going well. We have steadily improved the car and made some gains in driveability and consistency,” Graf said.

“I think the car is very quick over a race duration.

“For qualifying it will be very close between the quickest petrol cars. The Rebellion cars should be quite good in qualifying but we will try and give it our best shot.

“At the end of the day it is the race that matters. I think we have the better race package and I am very confident going into the race and very pleased with the progress we’ve made so far.”

In final practice this morning Marcel Fassler topped the times in the No.1 Audi ahead of Tom Kristensen. Graf was third fastest in the Muscle Milk entry.

Tom Kimber-Smith set the pace in the sole Nissan-powered Zytek in P2 ahead of the two pairs of Level 5 and ESM HPDs.

Risi Ferrari continued to show their strong return to the series with Gianmaria Bruni topping the times ahead of the two Corvette Racing entries.
