Graf bounces back at Mosport
Muscle Milk Aston Martin Racing’s Klaus Graf bounced back in qualifying at Mosport International Raceway to steal pole position after an early morning crash in practice.
Graf stopped the clocks at 1 minute, 8.679 seconds to head the Dyson Racing duo of Chris Dyson and Steven Kane aboard their Mazda-powered Lolas.
The margin for pole was only .365 of a second with Dyson’s new teammate only a further .034 of a second in arrears.
The pole was Graf’s second American Le Mans Series pole – his first also coming at Mosport last year.
2010 was kind to the Muscle Milk squad – the team took their Porsche RS Spyder to victory after leading every lap, topping every session, qualifying on pole and nearly lapping the entire field.
