One of sports car racing’s most stalwart teams brings its second car back after a year-and-a-half hiatus. Dyson Racing adds American Le Mans Series newcomers Humaid al Masaood and Steven Kane to the series.
Kane, an Irishman, starred in both motocross and karting. He secured the prestigious international British Racing Drivers Club McLaren Autosport Young Driver of the Year Award in 2001, and has moved up the ladder through various open-wheel, touring car and GT ranks.

Al Masaood has driven a Radical prototype in the United Arab Emirates and also competed in GT racing in UAE and Europe.
Kane qualified the team’s No. 20 Oryx/Dyson Lola Mazda coupe second on the grid for today’s race. Not only that, but he is celebrating his honeymoon here this weekend.
“I just got married last Friday and my new wife and I got on a plane Monday morning to come here,” he said. “She loves it here and it is a nice way to start off a marriage.”
