DeltaWing Back on Track
October 18, 2012
The Nissan DeltaWing has taken its place in the pit lane and is ready for night practice here at Petit Le Mans.
The car was significantly damaged after being hit and turned upside down by a GTC car late Wednesday. (see related story and video at DeltaWing Fights Back )
The team completed the rebuild and repairs early this afternoon and design leader Ben Bowlby and the crew methodically went about finishing up the set-up and preparations for night practice.
In addition to Le Mans, the team has previously conducted its own night practice in tests here at Road Atlanta prior to race week.
