Corvette Racing’s Oliver Gavin topped the GTLM times in the opening session at Lime Rock Park this morning in the latest round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Gavin set a time of 51.383 seconds before handing over to teammate Tommy Milner. The Corvette duo remain in the championship lead in the class and enter this weekend’s race fresh from a second place run at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

The session had one major disruption with the No.25 BMW stuck on course.
At the top of the times in the PC class was the No.8 PC class entry of Renger van der Zande and Alex Popow. The Starworks car led Colin Bruan and Jonathan Bennet’s CORE autosport entry.
