VIR’s signature Oak Tree corner was a perfect backdrop for Corvette Racing’s ALMS 2012 GT championship celebration.
When the first ALMS race here was over, the Corvette team could have decorated the tree with its own ornaments as Tommy Milner and Oliver Gavin racked up their fourth win of the season and iced the GT manufacturer, team and driver titles for Chevrolet, Corvette Racing and themselves.
