Audi may have topped the timesheets at Sebring International Raceway tonight with a 1-2-3 performance, but the squad has a busy night ahead getting caught in an on-track incident.
The #02 car of veterans Dindo Capello, Tom Kristensen and Allan McNish were fastest at 1:47.049 but the #01 and #03 machines were caught out in an incident in turn seven in night practice.
Audi newcomer Loic Duval was unable to avoid a spun Porsche and he was later collected by the car of Marcel Fassler. The #03 Duval sustained the heaviest damage.
The leading American Le Mans Series team was the Muscle Milk HPD of Lucas Luhr, Klaus Graf and Simon Pagenaud.
