Audi’s Andre Lotterer led an Audi 1-2-3 in qualifying today as teams prepared for tomorrow’s opening round of the American Le Mans Series and World Endurance Championship – the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.
Lotterer recorded a fastest time of 1:45.820 to remarkably lead Audi’s car numbers 1-2-3 to finish 1-2-3 in qualifying.
The young German who won at the 24 Hours of Le Mans last year will share with Marcel Fassler and Benoit Treluyer.
The Dindo Capello/Tom Kristensen/Allan McNish trio were second fastest ahead of Timo Bernhard, Romain Dumas and Loïc Duval.
Klaus Graf was fastest of the ALMS regulars in the car he will share with Lucas Luhr and new IndyCar driver Simon Pagenaud.
